Horizon’s unique rotary suction feeding system operates effectively on a wide range of paper stocks. The VAC-1000 towers can also be placed in-line with Horizon bookletmaking systems. Horizon’s unique suction rotor feeding system can feed a wide variety of paper stocks. Even signatures can be fed consistently. The feed wheel employs a special, highly durable rubber for totally mark-less feeding. Feed height sensors and air blowers enable a broad range of sheets to be fed with ease.
With the innovative evolution, fully- automated StitchLiner Mark III enables the more efficient and higher quality stitching operation. Full Automated Settings: With the horizon's unique software, the high quality and stable stitching of variable thickness production is enable. Variable Thickness Production: Efficient small lot and variable thickness production in high productivity by the fast changeover is achieved. The variable job with different number of sheets can be processed in high-speed.
A4 Landscape Stitching: The StitchLiner Mark III can process maximum 6,000 of A4S booklets per hour and maximum 5,300 of A4E booklets per hour. (Note that the production speed differs depending on the sheet weight or the thickness.)

All necessary settings for a wide variety of booklet formats, ranging from CD to A4 landscape (A4 landscape is available only with SPF-200L) can be performed automatically through the touchscreen display. Even the fold roller gap adjustment is automated. The quick fullyautomatic changeover is suited for effi cient small lot production and leads to a reduction of test sheets.
