We have service & installation capabilities on most of the equipment we sell.
Currently, we service GBC Punch & Bind Equipment, PDI (rhin-o-tuff) Punch & BInd Equipment & other brand names such as IBICO & RENZ, and James Burn Products. In Southern California we also service GBC AP-2 Ultra Punches, GBC Digicoils Inserters, STL1000 Double Loop Inserters, USP 13 punches & Sickinger Punches.
We also service Velobind Equipment, pouch & roll laminators, including Wide Format Laminators & other paper handling products such as Triumph Paper Cutters, MBM & Challenge and Standard Horizon.
We charge a rate of $115.00 per hour labor & $60.00 per hour travel. The minimum cost for our initial inspection is $175.00. Parts & Labor required can be determined after the machine has been inspected. The initial $175 fee covers travel & inspection for up to 1 hour. We cover most major metropolitan areas in the USA and many suburbs as well. All of our technicians are factory trained. We can also help with the installation & training of your new equipment purchase, even if it's not purchased from our company.
Call us for an annual maintenance contract on 1 piece or 10 pieces of equipment. Our trained staff can handle your equipment service needs. Response time is typically within 48 hours of your request.
We will require a credit card form of payment prior to any services being placed. Educational or Government Purchase orders may be accepted.
