Look no further ! This perfect binding machine can start producing books for you when you receve it. The glue pot comes filled with glue & you are ready to roll. You can run this machine in manual mode or automatic mode. In Automatic Mode just insert your book block & the optical eye sensor will close the book clamp, send it to the milling/roughing station, apply glue & come back for the cover. There is also an optical sensor that waits for you to insert your cover prior to the machine returning back to glue the cover. It's easy to use & operate & great bargain !

This unit can do soft cover books, hardcover books and padding. The simple switch of a button allows you to go from soft cover mode to hardcover mode. In hardcover mode, after the machine preps the spine it opens up the clamp & the machine stops allowing you to insert your end sheets. Then the clamp closes & returns back to the original position for cover finishing. Our hardcover design works even simpler. No need to change nipping bars and you don't even need to run it in hardcover mode. Our End Sheets are bound together with the book block & binds to the hardcover like a regular book. Then after the nipping (binding) is done you place the book on a separate table, pull out the end sheets & that's it ! Incredibly Simple.
For ultimate security you can run your book blocks through your stitcher first.
It has a very easy to use control interface. No complicated menus or sub-menus.
