material, up to 3000'. The 3" mandrels make laminating films, PSA's & other popular medias easier to source as opposed to mandrels with a 2-1/4" core size. You also have the capabilities of Cold Laminating.

This is a very easy to use, effective cutter. Great for
cutting foam board, mounting board and various other substrates. This unit includes a blade depth adjustment and a cutter head, which is easily retractable when not in use. The innovative hinge and lift arm mechanism makes it possible to cut materials, which are longer than the length of the cutter. It also accepts materials of varying thickness without affecting either the line or angle of cut, the latter always remaining perfectly vertical. Superbly styled, the extruded and silver anodized aluminum base incorporates a narrow groove to accept the blade tip when cutting.

The Digital 44 laminator is a wide-format, 44-inch hot roll laminator. The Digital 44 offers the freedom to mount in one pass and to simultaneously mount and laminate. With a top speed of 30 FPM and a sustainable laminating speed of 8-10 FPM the dual hot roll Digital 44 performs faster than most competitive units. It is easy to thread and has a clear Plexiglas safety shield that provides the operator with visual access to the laminating process.
Standard features include a built-in release liner take-up and stand. The release liner allows for the application of any pressure-sensitive material that requires the removal of a protective liner. The wide range of temperatures available make this laminator perfect for almost any application up to 44-inches wide. The Dual Hot Roll Digital 44-inch roll laminator will process thermal film, all pressure-sensitive materials, pre-mask, and mounting materials.
